Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the immediate and digital nature of our token generation system, credits, VIP memberships, and Premium plans, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once credits have been successfully added to your account or a subscription plan has been activated.

3. Technical Failures

If a payment is successfully deducted from your bank but credits/plans are not assigned due to a verified server error on our end, please contact our support via Telegram. We will manually assign the purchased digital assets to your account. No cash refunds will be processed.
